I’m not seeing options to [disable automatic progress in cell reproduction](https://community.revolutionarygamesstudio.com/t/active-reproduction-no-passive-reproduction-settings-setup-and-guide/7742/2). What happened to this feature?

(haven’t played since 0.6.6.4)
