Who knows. I’m gonna make sure I know what all the other empires they’ll interact with are before fleshing out the story for that stage. Also art at that point may be less loading screen and more used for pop-ups like in Stellaris

I assume we will have loading screens for that but the transition could end up more like it is in Spore so only time will tell

I’ll make sure we have an art of it, but if it even shows in game who knows. Could be an easter egg players find when they go into the image gallery within the game itself (which also shows an unused description section for all currently present loading screens)

I mean all stages will have some sort of a transition so why wouldn’t ascension not have it when it is nearly a stage of its own?

I wonder if some Hexaquilll descendants faction would want the space invaders to win, allying with the space invaders and possibly worshipping them, kind of like with the Exalt organization in the X-COM DLC, Enemy Within?

I think on the topic of worshipping it’d depend on the tech difference between the two civs

Some games load and run cut-scenes at the same time, so if Ascension has a long enough cut-scene, it may not need additional screen loading time. Though that may also depend on the computer.

so i have a talent (i think) for drawing art, but i completely s##k at digital art. would it be okay if i one day drew the artwork for Thrive in real life and took a picture of it?
