You cannot just join, currently there is GodofKnowledge and UndyingHazard in the waiting list.
Also, you must either wait for an event to form your own race or splinter off of an existing one.
There is one. If you go to info and open the ‘jobs and tools’ tab, it has a counter showing the number of worshippers under your control

Buffs don’t apply if you roll a natural 1, but anything else, and your good. The Xhilcs rolled a natural 1 to and I didn’t give them buffs either.
