In addition to microbes living up there, there are birds whose migration patterns take them through the stratosphere yearly (i particular certain geese). Also, here was a brief discussion about theoretical floating plants living there in [Biomes](https://community.revolutionarygamesstudio.com/t/biomes/640/37). If these theoretical plants evolved, tiny flying creatures could theoretically sleep on the biggest ones and eat other tiny flying things up there with them.
