Atmosphere should not start with oxygen

Having oxygen in the atmosphere at the start dosen’t make any sense, I think in the microbe stage when a creature consumes co2 it should leave a trail of oxygen which creatures can take and use for things like metabolisms, and in later stages o2 should become an atmospheric gas.

**Brief Description of What This PR Does** This PR adds production/consumptio…n on gas compounds in patches depending on population in them. It also paves the way for further dynamism in patches composition.
