It is time to bring this back! AA’s Radisys and aah’s EuroElectro are the two players in this FG currently. We just need one more! Also, as a refresher, consoles take 2 years to develop, with the first half being conception, and the second being manufacturing. Each turn is a quarter of a year. Also, the cpu tech more than 3ghz will be REAL sluggish to unlock, unless you are willing to do good ol’ “bigger CPU faster.”

You can only go so far with larger cpu consoles…

Yeah, I made the big CPUs so sluggish to unlock because no way on god’s green earth is THAT something we’ll see in even a decade.

Would one unlock quantum computing if they completed the techtree?

Yeah, I geuss. 7.5ghz is only possible with a LOT of overclocking even on high end CPUs currently, so I geuss quantum computing would be the only feasible way to get to 15ghz.
