Far away from where humans will ever explore, far away from everything we know, there is a large cluster of asteroids. Many different asteroids are here. There are asteroids made of just rock, ice, iron, glucose, etc. On one asteroid made of iron, a small blob appears. This is life. The DSLUCA The DSLUCA is a small blob made of a cytoplasm-like substance, just like our beloved single-hex. However, it can move through vacuum. It is half a nanometer wide and feeds on quarks. To reproduce, it eats a bunch of gravitons. How to play Every round has 5 generations. Every generation, you can add organelles to your… creature. Every round, I give a ruindown of your species. When you want to evolve, I will give you the creature editor. You pick an organelle and place it wherever. 50 EP on round 0. 1 generation on round 0. And organelles can be turned on and off for Cha’s sake. Organelles There are many organelles to choose from. “Cytoplasm” Converts quarks into photons. +1 Energy Production, 20 EP. Materiosynthesizers Like Cytoplasm, but better at converting. +5 energy production, -1 Q/s, 50 EP. Gluonosynthesizers Converts gluons into yummy quarks! +2 Osmoregulation, +1 Q/s, 50 EP. Neutrino jets Allows your species to better escape predators. +3 Osmoregulation, 50 EP. Z-Type Bosonosynthesizers Converts Z bosons into photons. +5 Energy Production, 40 EP. W-Type Bosonosynthesizers Converts W bosons into yummy quarks! +1 Osmoregulation, 0.5 Q/s, 50 EP. ??? Unlocked at round 3. Patches Balkon Patch: High amounts of W bosons. Sustainable amounts of Z bosons and gluons. Not much quarks. Meijana Patch: Medium amounts of everything. Dobani Patch : ALL THE GLUONS. Small amounts of everything else. Indin Patch: Lots of atoms that can kill you. But lots of everything. Selemu Patch: High amounts of quarks. Small amounts of everything else.
