In the confines of Kazar’s hut, Nichun pored over what had once been unremarkable paper. The intricate symbols drawn by Kazar imbued the paper with the essence of the healing spell. If properly read out, the magic within would be released, without requiring much magical prowess on the reader’s part. To Nichun’s understanding, this made the paper a scroll.

Around him, Nichun saw his peers doing the same. Even Firoli, in a departure from her absent mannerisms, stared at her apportioned scroll, visibly enthralled by its markings. Kazar, meanwhile, nodded at his handiwork in satisfaction.

“It was more complicated on paper,” the old shaman said, briefly chuckling at his pun. “The material world is a very impressionable thing, allowing things like blessings and curses to exist and linger. By the same token, the effects of magic can be stored as well, to be withdrawn when needed.”

Kazar turned to approach the hut’s exit. “Spells themselves are malleable. They can be modified to serve new purposes. Conversely, if my assumptions are correct…”

He parted the strips of hide that served as a doorway, then looked to the mist that enshrouded the sky. “Even our basic spells can be divided into usable components.”

Vote: Experiment with only partially inscribing spells (ex. a fireball spell that just makes light) onto scrolls… Preferably a respectable distance from our mostly wooden village.

Dungeon Items: New weapons found in dungeon, and found some spell that cannot be read with the literature you have right now (scroll that gives a small magic barrier), mana orb, scroll unreadable for your civ right now (makes incredibly weak zombies that are weak to sunlight), Undead Dragon Orb : this has the ability to summon a dozen undead, Staff of undead (this increases rolls by 2 pertaining to undead has a limited use of three votes) ( Uses left : 2)

Factions : Military and anti-military. Military: The military recently have been forcefully recruiting people causing many to dislike the military. Anti-military: This faction have been fighting the military recently trying to break free of it some have escaped to other unknown regions while some stay to fight the military.

Undead: The Fernwanderden can make corpses into the undead. Spells used from necromancy can heal body parts lost by the undead or use other body parts to be used. Through the usage of necromancy there are some rare zombie types that are created this new zombie type when it bites someone infects them with a disease that will slowly kill them and wherever the zombie bit the disease will begin to destroy the skin and kill the host after a certain time rendering them useless.

The attempt at shortening the spell incantation by inscribing spells onto scrolls has failed and has gone nowhere. Feeling that they were on the right track some Kazarites say they should try again while other say they should leave it for later)

People: Some believe the failure to create any scrolls is a shame while others are glad it didn’t fail and come back to bite them. Some people think they should try again with decreasing the amount of time to do incantations

Leadership: Kazar: a wise leader who had started to trip to the Mist forest and the founder of the Kazarites. After many years of being the leader of the Kazarites and gaining a lot of trust the people no longer trust Kazar after the incident with the Korens. The people believe that he and his apprentices had all been turned into vampires after a certain point and believe that he and his apprentices will try to kill them all at some point or turn them into vampires. The people have also begun to think that the Korens are vampires and that Kazar and the vampires are trying to take over the village. Kirala: One of the other leaders who leads the hunt on Vampires

Factions: Anti-Korens: this group has been attacking any group of Korens trying to enter the village. They have spread the belief that the Korens are really vampires in disguise and that there was no such civilization known as the Korens.

Contracts: the Kazarites now know how they can create contracts with Demons or anything at all. Most of the contracts the Kazarites have ever really done is with insects which have little to no personality, so they are the easiest creatures to do so with because more often than not Insects will never ask of anything in return from their masters

Familiars: bugs

Ancient relic: relics that have a large power emanating from them. Smoke Tower Relic : a relic that seems to be what creates all the fog in the area and has a small dungeon inside of it. The vampires also created it many years ago. Mysterious text on the wall is a prophesy of how the Kazarites will kill off the vampires and their leaders. The text talked about the Vampires true weakness but because the vampires didn’t want it to be learned they ensured to destroy it because of this it is unfinished

Korens Outcome

The attempt to convince people that Fiod doesn’t exist has failed yet again and still believe in his existence. On the other hand, some other spies have tried convincing people that they aren’t living in a dictatorship a few people believe this while others are still quite suspicious of the government and their recent actions.

Past Leadership: (UPDATE) Fiod: Was a major dictator of his time in the Korens, created a curse on accident that split the people apart. After many years of ruling he was finally killed by his own creations and after this caused an uprising of the people against Fiod’s children who both killed all the people who questioned them. For a while Fiod’s existence was hidden by the new government but now Fiod’s existence has been brought back up and now the people question why the new government is hiding his existence. Fiod’s two children: They both died after the New Order had begun to revolt against Fiod and his ideologies because of these two children following in the footsteps of their father the New Order had found them to be an eyesore and knew they had to die. They spread propaganda about these two being people from the Kazarites meant to try to take over the Korens. Fiod has been erased from memory for the commoners most of the rich have figured out that something is up and have begun to investigate what is going on

Leadership: New Order: Usurping power from Fiod’s family the New Order has taken full power over the Korens

Magic : Fireball, Warmth, Cleanse, Demonic Cleanser, basic healing

New Order of Korens: This faction has taken over the Korens and as of now have been taking away information from the time Fiod had power. They wish to remove all Fiod’s beliefs and ideals from the Korens, so they may start anew.

Contract: The demon shall take the first-born child of Fiod, and all decedents of Fiod’s shall have demon blood inside of them, Fiod created a new contract that could prevent information leakage from his people to ensure that no one could get private information from his people. The contract affecting the other people of the Korens are the same as Fiod (Should the contract be broken then they will become Feral Demons or if the demon they are contracted to dies then they become a feral demon.)

Vampiric Demons: These Demons were created because of Fiod’s attempts to make a more devastating monster. These Demons cannot come out during the morning but during the night will attack anyone and everything they see especially Spiecine Althio.

Demon: A demon that Fiod met, this Demon’s intentions with one of Fiod’s children is unknown

Demons: these demons have helped the Korens finally defeat the False Korens. They plan to stay with the Korens for many generations because of the many contracts that they had made with your people.

Angels: quite of a few Angels are dead some are still in their physical form in the living realm

(Alkala) @immortaldragon- Vote 1: Investigate the source of this wood transformation. We must find a way to stop this before we cannot do nature magic at all (Roll: 12)

Alkala Outcome

The Alkala looked into what has caused the wood transformations on the tribe’s people. Alk was angered by the Alkala experimenting with nature magic and because of this he cursed some of the people who experimented with nature magic turning some of them into wooden golems. The failure of experimenting with nature magic made the Alkala want to experiment with fire magic. The experimentation with fire magic has led to nothing and some Alkala are thankful that nothing horrible had happened to anyone compared to what usually would have happened

With the growing population of the Republic of Vietania the people have begun to expand the land to new territories. This expansion has led to many new discoveries to the north was the Savanna they had felt a presence coming from before they had settled new land. To the east they found marshlands. To the west they found a sea they noticed some ships that had once been laying there suspecting that maybe the cultists left that way, but they had no proof that they went to sea. And to the south they found mountain ranges.

Valens Outcome

The creation of the Adventurers guild has created a very large controversy. It stems from how the guild operates, for example the employees would be payed very little or even would be made to work for free. Adventurers were sent out to do things they probably couldn’t take on without more experience or from their work they would get payed nothing. The leaders within the guild were all very corrupt and took advantage of everyone who had no power within it. Thinking that they were better than the rest started to take over the government. Now in recent years the government is under control of the Adventurers guild created a lot of unrest among the poorer people. Dliug since using the guild now has full control over the Valens and has plans in the future to take over the world and rule with an iron fist.

You need to say where your going to look for civs you can’t specify which civ you want to find though sorry I don’t feel like its fair to say look for so and so’s civ or something like that because your civ itself doesn’t know who they are sorry Serial it just makes me feel like its unfair to do it like that

Vote 1: Make a concerted effort to pray to and apologize to Alk for our transgressions. We did not intend to intrude upon the Life-Maker’s domain.

This wasn’t expected. The council was sure the adventurers guild would benefit the everyone, but a corrupt adventurer that took over control of the guild made it into his personal army. The Valens are on the verge of a second civil war. This is why such a desperate plan took place: taking those who wish to resist Dliug and settle around the dungeon, blocking the guilds access to it and arming the resistance, making into a base of operation for a liberation front.
This will be the last stand of our people against the folly of the mad
