considering the sheer size of the galaxy, i think that would be covered in the stellar stage (like Spore or Stellaris) ---

How is the game supposed to end, do you just conquer the entire galaxy or go even beyond that? ---

i don’t know…maybe the first one? after all, there are a lot of things you can do in the last stage, like descending to any planet (NMS style)… ---
