If you modified any of the scripts, gui, or assets, you need to rerun cmake. If you modified any C++ code or the world generation scripts then you need to recompile with visual studio (or with make on Linux). To rerun cmake open a command prompt / terminal to the folder thrive/build and run this command: cmake ..
