This race is capable of creating mana runes, but it’s not something that can exactly negate your disadvantage. It’s like an extra help
They are naturally able to generate the mana they need for themselves and heal themselves with their mana.
But there is one huge drawback - they are all extinct except one - which was in your situation - something in the middle. Since it is in this state, it is currently not selectable.
So will I be able to right when we get out of the event.

You can and how!
But you’ll need to find one before you can start duplicating them.
Finding them is very problematic for the reason I explained earlier
(This means you will need to create a template based on their DNA)

It’s defined as a conditional passive ability, so it technically is, but not at the same time
