I moved JustaDumbThriver to the Konramcesgon Epipelagic, otherwise, the organism would start dying (60% less Health, 32% more Osmoregulation Cost, 36% slower Bioprocess Speed) from the lack of proper Temperature and Pressure Tolerances. Are you alright with that, JustaDumbThriver?

### Turn 17

### Turn 17 Summary:

900 Million years after the formation off the Phyade I start system, the new form of life continues to flourish. Continuing to diversify, life of the _Panspermium_ Genera Clade (or _Thrivium_ Class Clade if continuing from Phase I) has begun to occupy more niches in the different biomes on Treerilia. During the intermittent time of 25 million years, Phosphate Meteors fell in the Unovaskysian Epipelagic and the Rikystasean Coastal, increasing the Phosphate concentrations by over 50% normal levels. Also, Iron Meteors fell over the Cablevenian biomes, doubling the Iron concentrations in the Cablevenian areas, and further destabilizing the orbit of the submoon, Xoruta. Oxygen continues to slowly diffuse across the world, as _Granitic Eruptions_ via _Drip Tectonics_ continues to change the surface. Additionally, enough time has passed that weather has finally started to chisel into the tougher Felsic rocks, recreating conditions of _High Ph and Salt concentration shock_ (0.026) from a bygone period on all land biomes. Life will continue to be tested in the Treerilia-Xanrillon-Xoruta system.

**Unovaskysian Epipelagic**

_Revivalis strawberry_ (Mutant 70) had lost its Cytoplasm, leaving it a single-hex organism. It only has Hydrogenase. This ichigo went East by Northeast. However, the protector organism found nothing to protect, only clouds of Ammonia and Phosphate. Gathering as much Ammonia and Phosphate as it could, the small organism started to run out of Glucose. Like its other simple cousin organism, _Revivalis strawberry_’s small size meant it reproduced much faster, which was useful in this instance. A strong current pushed the organism even more Northward, and still no Glucose clouds in sight. With its Glucose complete gone, the strawberry organism could only hope that it reproduces in time before death. A very clutch life, indeed.

_Revivalis simplus_ (Mutant 73) is also a one-hex organism. Instead of losing its Cytoplasm, the organism lost the _Hydrogenase_ Species Clades’ signature Hydrogenase. The Cytoplasm organism decided to go Northeast. Being so simple, the organism had some excess ATP for sprinting. Inheriting a slightly more Opportunistic behavior from being a descendant of the _Hydrogena_ species, _Revivalis simplus_ decided to sprint toward any resources it could find. This ended up being detrimental, as the small organism ended up using a lot of its Glucose reserves and missing a lot of resources. CatSquared underwent extinction from being empty-headed for a microbe.

_Revivalis enthalpo_ (Mutant 74) gained a Thermosynthase. This crescent shaped organism still functioned, even though the Thermosynthase did not generate much ATP. The first thing this enthalpy loving organism did was go mostly Eastward. Like most organisms on Treerilia, this organism could not generate enough ATP without Glucose. With Glucose running low, the organism could not find any Glucose clouds. _Revivalis enthalpo_ did find many clouds of Phosphate and Ammonia. Going through these clouds, the organism desperately tried to gather enough resources to divide. _Revivalis enthalpo_ (Mutant 74) became extinct by failing to begin the Microbial Heat Revivalist Movement due to a lack of Glucose.

**Unovaskysian Mesopelagic**

_Hydrogena revivalis_ (Species 97) was the progenitor of all the new mutants in the _Hydrogena_ Species Clade. Unfortunately, it moved to the deeper Unovaskysisan Mesopelagic, which has nearly 5,000 higher kPa Pressure difference and is on average 6 degrees Celsius lower in temperature. This leads to 60 percent less Health, 32 percent higher Osmoregulation Cost, and 36 percent slower Bioprocess Speed. The only good thing for the lone member of _Panspermium_ Genera Clade is that the Oxygen content is then half a percent. _Hydrogena revivalis_ attempted to head West by Southwest, but it took damage due to improper environmental tolerances. It did not help that a current was pushing the organism backward next to a Phosphate cloud, forcing the organism to lose even more Health by trying to move. As the last meager amount of light in the Mesopelagic fell, so did the organism’s chances at survival. _Hydrogena revivalis_ (Species 97) went extinct by running out of Glucose and attempting to revive life in a place where it should not be.

**Rikystasean Coastal**

_Ecotype 111_ of the _Panspermium_ Base Species Clade had effectively reverse the placement of its organelles, while retaining the same organelle reproduction order. Heading Northeast, the triple one Ecotype found clouds of Glucose, Phosphate, and Ammonia, but then a strong current started to move the resources away. Traveling along with the current, the organism was taken Northwest next to several Hydrogen Sulfide clouds. With the Phyade I star setting, Ecotype 111 found another cloud of Phosphate and Ammonia. It was forced to stay within the Microbial Jackpot due to _Ph and Salt concentration_ shock at 67 seconds into its run. Starting to runout of Glucose, after the environmental shock ended, the organism began to search for any other resources. Finding some small Glucose in a small Hydrogen Sulfide cloud, the organism’s health began to tick away as it successfully divided.

_Revivalis chi_ (Mutant 72) was the first organism of the _Hydrogena_ Species Clade to have evolved Chemosynthesizing Proteins. Going in a mostly Southern direction, it did not find any Hydrogen Sulfide. After being pushed Westward by a strong current due to its less than streamlined triangular shape, the organism started to run out of Glucose. As the health began to wither away, and night began to fall, the organism saw at the distance its proverbial acorn. Slowly inching its way, _Revivalis chi_ managed to make it to the Hydrogen Sulfide cloud, waiting for its health to regenerate. Once the Hydrogen Sulfide Cloud was consumed, the revived Hydrogen-loving organism found a paltry amount of its main food source. With _Ph and Salt concentration shock_ occurring 79 seconds into its life, another strong current carried _Revivalis chi_ far way to different area, right into a very large Hydrogen Sulfide cloud.

**Cablevenian Estuary**

_Oxygenium superstes_ (Ecotype 113) of the _Panspermium_ Base Species Clade had evolved Bioluminescent Proteins, conferring extra 10% Oxygen resistance. This was useful in the Cablevenian Estuary, which had a relatively high Oxygen amount of over 16%. Even with this Oxygen resistance, the organism in question barely had enough excess ATP to sprint. And this was an immediate issue, due to _Oxygenium superstes_ spawning in a strong current along with _Ph and Salt concentration shock_ starting 8 seconds into its new life, forcing the organism to ride the current Southward. The superstitious organism eventually found an area with a Medium Sulfur Chunk and several Large Iron Chunks. If only _Oxygenium superstes_ could utilized either of them. The Oxygen resistant organism started to run out of Glucose, and found itself next to small clouds of Ammonia and Phosphate. Being so close to reproduction, the organism stayed still to minimize ATP loss. The Phade I star was being eclipsed by the moon Xanrillon as the organism slowly lost health, and other members of the Ecotype began to push this member closer to a poison cloud. Despite this Microbial Hazing, _Oxygenium superstes_ managed to somehow reproduce.

**Konramcesgon Epipelagic**

_Hydrogena zontanecro_ (Mutant 71) of the _Hydrogena_ Species Clade had evolved a slightly higher Pressure Tolerance of 950 kPa – 1300 kPa. Fortunately, the increased Pressure Tolerance was just barely within the lowered Pressure range of the Konramcesgon Epipelagic, meaning the organism did not suffer any tolerance debuffs. Heading approximately North, _Hydrogena zontanecro_ managed to find a Glucose cloud within a moderately strong current. Since the Hydrogenase bearing organism had excess ATP to spare, it was able to sprint against the current to stay within the Glucose cloud. Other fellow members of this mutant decided to get in on the Glucose Party, pushing this member out of the Glucose cloud. Things then turned out for the worse for the zonal organism, as _Hydrogena zontanecro_ had run out of Glucose and was frantically searching for something to survive. JustaDumbThriver has become extinct to due to being kicked out from Microbial Glucose Parties.

…Separate Granitic Eruptions occur in Rikystasean Estuary, Rikystasean Coastal, Cablevenian Estuary, and Remarpanic Epipelagic, causing aah31415 and Cha to be extinct a la microbe soup. (_GM raging for several minutes_).

…A small Meteor approximately the 1 km is ensnared into a deadly gravitation dance with the Treerilia-Xanrillon planetary binary. This small meteor, a fragment from another collision in the outer Phyade I system, indirectly collides with Xoruta. Xoruta is broken into mostly two very large half-mile fragments and numerous tiny fragments, while the small Meteor is broken in many small pieces. One piece of Xoruta ends being flung out of the planetary system, while the other piece is pushed into a tighter and more stable orbit around Xanrillon. The smaller pieces of Xoruta and the pieces of the Meteor are flung all around, with some pieces burning up over Xanrillon and some pieces burning up over Treerila.

### Notes:

Note 1 – I did not expect so many extinctions from failure to get Glucose. I was worried everything would go extinct again. I guess Hard Mode really is hard. Especially without using extensive Photosynthesis.

Note 2 – Hopefully, the organisms will become diverse again as new turns pass. I was thinking we would get lineages with different environmental tolerances again. Alas, it was not meant to be. It goes to show that nothing can be taken for granted when using RNG.

Note 3 – I am posting Turn 17 now, since I _will not_ have time to post it later next week due to Exams. I thought I would have time to work on it next week, but I _do not_. Going to a University is like having a job.

The protection was only during the _Late Heavy Bombardment_ event, which ended when the game updated to 0.8.3.0.

Do you want to still have protection against FG Meteors?
