elimination is not necessarily about the amount of points you have - it’s about the amount of points you receive (“It’s also known how much what you did had an impact”) meaning that if you received 0 points, it means that what you did didn’t change anything and if it happens again - you will be fired. Simple and easy. Points are just credits for you to buy things (don’t forget that you have access to our cafeteria with your points)
