Vermisamo s. diadochos continue the trend of growing bigger and longer as the salt cells form two side pockets at the head to discharge the salt as it continues to go further up towards the ice shelf.

Geoflos Brachium will evolve into Geoflos Aculeo, which will have notably turned it’s poison flagella into nematocysts. It’s petals now split off into more branches, and the central body has now developed a proper stomach. It’s starts to look increasingly like a sea anemone. Size increase 1.5x and range further towards the surface.

Good point. Also, I think that would be your best bet for going on land, as I’m not sure how a water-floating planula can get on land…
I mean, I can eventually turn the planula into a more land-resistance egg.
Yeah, but that would make it just carried by ocean currents, and not many of them will get beached, and an even smaller amount will have the right end touching the sand and attach…
I could make the egg-laying lifestage attach them to a good anchor of sorts with a glue of some sort.
Well, the polyps grow out a certain end, so if that end is in the ground… Yeah, no bueno.
I suppose I can make the polyp only attach itself to the ground after it made sure it’s attached the right end.
Or just make only the right end have the glue.
That is a solution here too.

Not sure atm especially as we can’t even reach land yet. Will think of it at a later point.
