not really, i only have those savefiles for 2 reasons, 1. if i quickly wanna get to macroscopic for something (since they all have 20 cells) and 2. so if im bored i can play as a strong organism and cause a genocide, and i have multiple because… well i just like saving every new version

I am not sure how long will saves originally made a while ago last as more stages get complete…

when the next update comes out, since my current saves will be outdated, i will create a new folder where i will paste and preserve my old saves (and also make folders inside the folder for different Thrive versions) so i can hop back on 1.1.0 on the future, paste my saves back and get a dose of nostalgia

If anything went wrong you could replicate the pukilarious species in a different world right?
