Dream laughed in the Koreans face as he shot their timeline to pieces by telling his subscribers it was lame (He also had his ghast literally shoot it).
But the random guy in North Korea took some normal pills
These pills helped fight his cold before his timeline was destroyed, moving on to the actual story.
