I used my non action for it because of this line, if I don’t have to do that I’ll just gather more resources

u can do that, but u have a limitid R.S (see in the tag), soo u need to mangeamt ur resoser collcet for that. (u can collect up-to 5)

Also shouldnt i have a better chance to succeed with int actions? since all my buffs for it should be doubled as stated in an advantage of my race.

wouldn’t all of these give me a 15% bonus for int? Or do universities give researchers a use instead of them not doing anything.
its just give 5%, that not count becuse of one thing: this it not a buff
