Yes, all ants in one colony (unless the queen is actually a parasitic queen) are the same species, polymorphism != speciation. I for one really want eusocial creatures in the game. Mostly because it means early access to strategy mode i think. And it would be incredibly interesting.

@Untrustedlife polymorphism isn’t speciation it’s that members of a species can be really diverse like ants with majors workers queens they are different but the same species
