If you shock someone with enough electricity could you break the molecular bonds and make someone disintegrate?
i think shocking something with enough electricity to do that would have other, possibly worse consequences 
I wonder what element we would use to make plasma, and what would happen if a human touched plasma (or have it poured on them).
