Well that’s the issue: According to the genevan convention, executing a wounded soldiers is the exact same as a dying one
Don’t know if we should simplify such a specific case to “some war crimes are ok” because this line is begging to be abused by western imperialists and dictators all over the world.
I’m not saying we should put “sometimes war crimes are OK, choose for yourself” as an international law or something, just that what’s moral isn’t almost what’s legal and vice versa
