I just discovered where to find the shoutbox everyone was talking about. 
Should have figured out that the megaphone was not a way to report stuff much sooner.
The report button is called the flag button and it’s the flag icon on every post when you click the three dots ifon I think
this place is for even more casual discussion than the misc thread
and there’s little to no requirements or quality in the shoutbox!
