Taking a sample of your blood and, after making sure only the special cells are left in it, you add the cells and some astrophages to a petri dish containing phosphorus and having a light of the green kind constantly shone at it. You write in your Lifenote for a changeling-person to be summoned a day from now [R31] and injected with whatever forms inside the dish. After setting all that up, you decide to decipher what the man-antelopes had to say…

i feel like it may be time to have the summons list in a dropdown box
also could the evolving tissue(and derivatives) add a mutations box?
M: brain can write information to DNA from structural memory and short term memory(in a new set of 2 chromosomes, allows transferring memories to anything i can give DNA to)
A1: test whether or not i can activate mutations TO got before being summoned(attempt to activate armor layer)
A2: attempt to recreate the tech used by the qu and continue deciphering the mantelopes’ stories whenever i get stuck, and give TO some sugar water to drink after feeding my cat

Action 1: Go to the bathroom, close and lock the stall, don the bracers (I believe I have attuned to them), leave a teleportation stone there, teleport home for a moment, see what’s going on, secure any lifenotes or magic items that may have fallen into unfavorable hands, and:
IF I the cause of this disturbance is Ye Wenji, and their actions appear malicious, then force them to sign a magical contract (that I will summon) with me that states that they will not communicate knowledge of my existence to anyone, and will not take any object that I own without my explicit permission, or they will no longer be capable of expanding their lungs. In return, I won’t end their existence the first chance I get.
IF ELSE the cause of the disturbance is Ye Wenji messing with a life note, inquire about the nature of their writing, what they are writing in it, why they are doing so, and what they plan to do with it. Then inform them that I will need them at [insert the place I am meeting my other 4 friends at] tonight, informing them of it’s location relative to the house, and that there will be a few others waiting there as well. Tell them not to write anything else in the lifenote until then, as this meeting will shape future plans.
IF ELSE the cause of the disturbance is not due to Ye Wenjie’s actions, but instead an intruder, then knock them out with the size bracers.
ELSE just tell me what is happening and I will tell you how I respond.

Ah but you see, eternal youth was a separate specification
so it make sense that when they say immortality, they mean immortality.
Especially since if they wanted SunWuKong to die and the immortality was just anti-aging then they would have just tied him up and decapitated him or something.
