For me it’s the only choice in the laptop space (though, it is slowly changing as laptop manufacturers with Linux as an option are popping up, but most of those are in USA and I’d have to pay a ton of importing fees). You can’t build laptops yourself. And I don’t want to support apple by buying their products. So the only choice for me is to buy windows laptops and install dual boot Linux on them (as a small side benefit that also gets me a lower cost windows license locked to that device). You shouldn’t consider paying less than 800 euros for a laptop, as you get garbage that way.
Speaking of Huawei, I am now worried about China’s political relationship with Canada (US accused a Huawei employee/personnel who went to Canada afterwards, then USA asked Canada to arrest her, then China got angry at Canadians). Poor political situation… *sigh.
EDIT : It has nothing to do with what I said above, but I’ll be working on a meme about Omicron (XCOmicron, to be more precise). When it’s done, will I be legally able to post it on this thread ?

Speaking of rouges… D&D! (Excellent transitioning, I know) I wonder if a thread should exist for everyone’s basic D&D needs (conversations about alignments, stories, characters, etc.) and I swear if someone calls D&D nerdy in a thrive community thread I will lose it.
