Hey i found a archive of old thrive releases on a old hard drive it contains version 0.0.1 to version 0.3.1, it probably came from the archive release by the creator
It is around 5gb uncompressed just to let you know
it only last a week because of the website i am using
Wow
You are more of a historian than me Evo!
However I don’t think these versions still work but if they do it’ll be good for a future video of mine where I document the entire history of Thrive’s versions.
When I said i’m not architect, I meant I don’t design houses. I’m the architect personality type (INTJ). ^^
If i remember correctly, Logician is the INTP personality type which is close to mine. I really like INTPs, there are basically INTJs with no planning skills but better learning skills. However, if you did the test with 16personalities, it might not be accurate. This website uses only a part of the MBTI theory and crossed it with the Big Five theory which doesn’t work the same (even though there are correlations). Many people come out as INTP when they are actually something else.
It’s a personality test that classifies personalities in 16 categories. Each personality is represented by 4 letters. Each letter have 2 possibilities:
I/E (introvert/extrovert)
N/S (intuition/sensing): oriented towards ideas and patterns / oriented towards reality and feet on earth
T/F (thinking/feeling): decisions based on logic / values
P/J (perceiving/judging): spontaneous / planning
This is an oversimplified way to explain what’s MBTI. If you want to learn more, google “Jungian cognitive functions” and read the book “Gifts differing” from Myers and Briggs.
Yes, this is the “astrology effect” lol
They’re making it good for most people so they buy their premium account or whatever. This is why I never trust popular and commercial platforms. The best way to learn is by reading books written by the authors of the theory. However, it’s sometimes expensive (but I have my own way to learning lol).
So, INFP is the 3rd less common type. INFP is a really difficult type to explain and often misunderstood. I don’t want to spend an hour explaining it so I’ll take a shortcut and if you want to learn more I can give you links. ^^
The picture below is the list of your cognitive functions. There exists 8 functions but everyone uses only 4, just not the same and not in the same order of priority. The functions of the INFP are the followings in that order :
Leading function: Introverted feeling (Fi): focused on the inner self and values, authentic to yourself and others
Auxiliary function: Extroverted intuition (Ne): focused on generating new ideas (so many than most of them are surrealist), people with this function are often very outgoing
Tertiary function: introverted sensing (Si): focused on the world, memories, and often adopt knowledge-based approches (opposite to Ne)
Inferior function: Extroverted thinking (Te): focused on problem solving and optimisation (opposite to Fi)
People use their leading function constantly, their auxiliary function most of the time, 3rd function occasionally and inferior function subconsciously or when under stress.
Notice than extroverted and introverted functions always alternates.
In fact, my personality really depends on whether my pills are working. When they are, I’m ISTJ. When they aren’t, I’m more impulsive and refer myself more to my instincts and intuition.
This is one of the problem with MBTI: it assumes that we’re all in perfect mental health which is, in reality, not really often the case… This is why it’s often combined with Enneagram which takes it into account.
I don’t notice much of a change to be honest.
It’s probably because I haven’t used github in weeks so I’ve forgotten how the original GUI looks like.

Afaik the old GUI blackjack is talking about it was more “squared”, the new is more round.
Which I find cool, gives a more relaxing feeling, not A SUPER BORING OPEN SOURCE REPOSITORY THAT IDK WHY IM READING THAT
jk, Its not boring. At least for me.
I have to say that I quite enjoy the empty space, although I have to say that something super compact and concentrated also has its qualities. I don’t think round buttons look good when they don’t have much space. It would make those weird stars of emptiness on the corners more recognizable.
Edit:
Here’s what I meant with “weird star of emptiness”:
