yeah it does and he did say that but i think the reason they are banned is because they are easy to spam and are very fluff posty but i am not sure

The reason why those types of things are banned and not this thread is because this thread at least has some meaningful discussion about stuff and requires more effort than just reposting a meme from somewhere else
yeah and also memes don’t add much to the discussion as you can’t really discuss a meme you can really only react to it which is a type of fluff post
at least with thrive memes it can lead to some discussion with the topic of the memes

I think that’s the reason why thrive memes (or at least ones that aren’t super terrible) are allowed because they can give some insight into the community and the game itself as weird as that sounds
I don’t know how to describe it but there’s something separating thrive memes from normal memes.
Well also thrive meme is more on-topic than regular memes and thrive memes are more relatable as we are all “fans” of the game

As we are not really fans of the game itself but more of the idea of the game the idea of a game where you can evolve anything and have a underwater civilization with a bunch of alien creature using a tool that you created and smelt the metal in hydrothermal vents but right now the game is not really there yet and might not ever be but one day we might play that game

Yes most people are into thrive because of the idea it promises but I am pretty sure that people like the game as not a better version of Spore but rather on its gameplay right now
It’s getting more and more compelling with each release and now there’s already a meta game for the I completed microbe stage I think (I should probably read the figuring out 4.0 thread again)

Yeah i have not played thrive since 3.3 so maybe the game is fun right now but i don’t know yet

I have not played thrive at all yet sadly
But from what I’ve heard it’s pretty fun and the gameplay is much more engaging than just swallowing clouds now

It’s much better. Looks more menacing. Btw do all lightsabers have that white part in the middle of the blade or no?
That is supposed to give the blade lighting.
It makes much more sense than the blade being fully colored like all red or all blue because lightsabers have extremely high temperatures so the whiteness in the middle of the blade is supposed to indicate how high it’s temperature is.

I don’t like the temperature hypothesis. Why? Simple.
If the temperatures are as high as a star to become white, the surrounding air is MUCH MUCH more hot than belgium.
I prefer the theory that its force-related energy (as kyber crystals are related with the force)
Interesting theory… so I’m guessing you are saying that the blade gets whiter the more force related energy you use on it or something?
