It’s technically never a violation of the law. It’s just more words that just become invisible.
That’s just how it works.

What is the percentage chance of something that has 1% chance of happening every second not happening _ever_ (assuming universe lasts forever)?
I guess it could be a fraction of infinite, like \frac{x}{∞}

If universe lasts forever, it has to happen somewhen (I think), since diving by infinity gives you 0% chance.
