Imo, heโs more likely to be in favor of banning all filler text in general. Given the only difference that matters here is visual, banning the invisible fillers specifically would only result in more visually cluttered fluff-posts, which at best would do nothing, and at worst would actually harm the forums by making them a less enjoyable experience.

How many filler-using posts do you think would be needed for an user suspension?

One after an official warning to the user about breaking the rules. So far thereโs not been anyone who consistently breaks that rule after being notified of it once.

It doesnโt seem like the post fillers are causing people to be warned in the first place, even if they post something which could certainly instead be expressed via a post reaction. Through this might be as fillers arenโt being used all the time and people got used to themโฆ

Itโs very rarely that I see the same person using post fillers many times. Though I guess Forum Games might be infested with them but I donโt read that category.

I watched Blade Runner (1982) yesterday. I personally did not like it. It had good visuals and music. I also did not mind the slower place, which was probably common during many movies of the 1980s, but the movie was just plain too weird in some places. I hope the sequel is betterโฆ
