The problem is nearly all already have itโ€ฆ

At this point, there needs to characters with plot armor neutralizing powers.

Unfortunately thatโ€™d give rise to โ€œ2nd-tier plot armorsโ€ I presumeโ€ฆ

Forget โ€œArmor Warsโ€. Now we have โ€œPlot Armor Warsโ€!

Well, not yet on the big screen, or the big comic page.

Quite literally Domino in Deadpool 2.

Well I have no idea who that is.

And some people think Spawn is Marvel, even though it is by Image Comics (completely separate comic company).

Who even is โ€œSpawnโ€?

How important is it when compared with the legendary deckard?

This looks like a space asteroid

When I got these results, I was surprised, because it wasnโ€™t what I expected to come out.
But one type (there are 3 types plus one negative (wildtype) and one positive (general GFP)) and only one type, the image where you see the asteroids is what I didnโ€™t expect, because I was looking for the glow at the edges of the leaves (as you can see in the other images), because outside, the cells are more mature and thatโ€™s more or less the point in time that the protein Iโ€™m looking for is active.

So these, these spines of the leaves, glow instead of at the edges of the leaves, surprised me a lot.

In addition, I used a microscope device called a microspectrometer that is connected to a computer to output the results.

Will you do more such research soon?

Which plant cells/organelles was the GFP supposed to be localized? Or are you not allowed to mention that as a part of research confidentiality?

Doomlightning does seem to be able to say much about what theyโ€™re researching, so not sure theyโ€™d have many problems with these confidentialities.

There is no reason to tell you, but you will not understand exactly.
I am researching a type of protein that is bound within the chloroplast called APX (specific type 6), which is involved in neutralizing oxygen damage (oxidative stress).
The theory behind my supervisorโ€™s research is that there is a connection between APX6 and copper - a substance that is important in the photosynthesis process - both in its deficiency and in its excess cause damage and I am here, trying to prove this theory. It is also indirectly connected to flavonoids (also known for what gives the color to flowers and fruits. Important for your body and is connected to preventing oxygen damage).
This experiment is more like proof that there is a presence of a concept that this substance is in the cellular location - the same protein that naturally and works inside seeds and/or when the cells are mature and old (you can see the ring in some of the deposits - this is the area where the old cells are located. There is no middle).
