The 1.0.0 will surely make the 2025 report feel special when it comes out in a year or so.

The drop in number of downloads of Thrive, and new members of the Thrive Forum, is concerning. We might need to advertise the game more/better.

Advertising requires considerably amount of money in itself though…

Maybe having more youtubers cover it would cost less than making actual advertisements?

We are pretty much left with luck when it comes to new youtubers covering our game.

What about “older”, more well-known YouTubers?

There are probably many more projects looking to such a solution, many with better “looks” than Thrive I’d guess…

Has the Thrive Community already tried to get the game into schools/universities as a way to teach evolution?

but i dont think its good idea, just becuse its too much incomplete

I am afraid the project is too obscure for that. Would also need some sort of recognition as a proper schooling tool too…

Perhaps the option could be considered after 1.0.0.0 releases, but it is ultimately up the dev team to decide when and if this should done.

I’d think we’d only consider this like when the evo stages are complete, which is years away.

I could see it being used in Microbiology, but I don’t know how many people actually take Microbiology. Unfortunately, at least in the U.S., most people just take very basic Biology, unless they are very interested in going deeper into Biology.

I cannot comment on Europe/Eurasia since I don’t live there, so I don’t know if it is different.
