Are these plant roots of some sort?

in order:
Flower bud
Root
End of leaves (older cells)
Except for the leaves, the rest were unexpected. According to previous experiments, they should only be present in the oldest leaves (like in the third picture), but it seems that according to time, they appeared in unexpected places (especially 2 hours after being dipped in copper II, where it actually appeared in the root. It makes sense if you consider that the roots absorb the copper first).
I am doing another experiment, which robbed me of some of my sanity for the day and expensive materials such as X-Gluc (toxic)
Repeat the experiment with soil plants this time (the plants in the picture were taken from plants grown in agar gel without the presence of soil at all)

This copper torture seems to be yielding interesting resultsโฆ
for those with hollow bones, yes, but hollow bones are an enormous disadvantage unless youโre using them to be lighter and store air for flight, so air sacs in the bones of birds that donโt need endurance while flying tend to recede and be replaced with structural stuff rather quickly

Are chickens a transistionary form in terms of their bones?
nope, their bones are thicker, cause they canโt get away with their pneumatic bones having extremely thin shells, like smaller birds can
thatโs also why larger birds can carry away small animals, and not just tiny ones

Right. Do you think Pterosaurs had similar adaptations?
It would cool if life evolved on another planet to used other purines like Xanthine as a nucleotide. Sadly, I donโt think Caffeine can be used a nucleotide since it would become too positively charged and destabilize the structure of DNA/RNA.

I donโt think that would make for a good feature. That being said I wonder if there could be biotas where both their DNA and RNA have all the same nucleotide lettersโฆ
