Non-24 hour Sleep-Wake Disorder, means my circadian rythym is 25 hours long for no reason, regardless of caffeine or screen usage, I tried. So when I’m up drifts by about an hour forward every day when unaltered.
Not really a disorder in sense except that I have to spend 10 dollars every 2 or 3 months to stay employed. ↩︎

My sleep schedule is mostly night owl but it’s random, for a stretch I woke up at 3:00 AM, once I was awake(and in bed) until 12:00 PM, most nights I wake up at 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM and fall asleep past 10:00 PM
