Plant “male” gametes are motile, though, after being released from pollen grain. Depending on the species, they have multiple flagella. Bryophytes have 2 flagella, Horsetails can have up to 200 flagella, and Cycads can have up to 10,000 like Zamia pumila. Cycads and Ginkgo have trully motile sperm.

another off topic, does anybody know what the “spore cell type” does? it cant be the first cell, as that is the first cell in the growth. what does it do???

It allows you to play as a singlecell for a bit to find a good place. Then you germinate into the first cell(s) of the multicell organism proper
