They could indeed build large settlements. There are towns in Israel created by the Natufians, who were a proto-semitic people and they were hunter gatherers but lived in communities going up to 300 people.

This seems to indicate multicellular will have 6 releases if it follows the standard schedule

They actually form larger settlements in the Saint campaign, they use the weird glowing rocks to keep themselves warm rather than fire, though. They also make homes inside the structures made by the Ancients rather than building their own.

We don’t really know how they work, they just sort of glow a weird red and are warm.

I wonder if glowing rocks used for warm could be eventually implemented in the Thrive macrostages?

I hope with the growing body of scientific research on animal and plants, people will appreciate them more and do more for the planet.
