I actually had to go back to becoming somewhat anerobic to generate enough ATP due to the Oxygen concentration in the game having decreased after a while in Multicellular.

Canβt you generally just slap on a few more mitochondrions?
I have to check, but low enough that anaerobic parts were comparable again for ATP.

I also experiences a bit of de-oxygenating in my run but not enough to force me onto the anaerobic path once again. I suppose when multicellular photosynths are added this issue will be solved
New evidence at GΓΆbekli Tepe (~12,000 years ago), and other similar nearby sites in Turkey around the same time period, indicate that the formation of large-scale Hunter-Gatherer settlements to honor ancestors in large ritual sites was a crucial step toward becoming an agriculture society. As a result of large scale gathering of people, they had to gather large amount of native plants and construct desert kite animal traps to get enough food. The gathering of native plants and trapping animals would then naturally be taken further as an agriculture based society with animal husbandry. I hope this kind of cultural transition will be eventually included in Thrive!
Likely a side of effect of how miches are handled. IRL there are multiple microscopic photosynthesizer niches, but for development expediency and performance reasons, Thrive does not quite work that way. Makes sense, but might require some further rebalancing to compensate.

I wonder if weβll find even earlier transitional sites like this famous oneβ¦
