Honestly, I don’t know.
This forum allows debating any believes, providing it is done civilly.
Also, I still do not see what this has anything to do with anything, the debate so far has been about insults, from what I understand. This would also not break human rights, as this is an individual doing it, and not a government forcing down a certain belief or ideology on its citizens through torture or propaganda or whatever.

Alright, this conversation about beliefs and human rights is bullshit and frankly pissing me off a bit. I dunno what religion and spreading of beliefs has to do with the topic at hand but it needs to stop. Have respect for one another and don’t step on each others toes, or I’m going to start doling out punishments.
