Well, if Blackjack doesn’t un-federate with china, you wont be able to federate with him. and @Evolution4Weak you cant research rifling yet. i mean, you might have the tech for it, but i feel it is way to early for rifling, when not everyone even has guns.

So i am confused about the trading?
1. what is the deal exactly is it the steam engine one or the paper one?
2. I feel like the steam engine deal is a too much from me, steam engine is a big advancement and i am unsure what the exact benefit from training in Mongolia?

By the way, you have to have initial relations with a nation before building an embassy, so you can’t build an embassy in Indus or Gojoseon territory before actually meeting them.

I think steam engine to me is way too important to trade away i think it might have to be on a “blacklist” unless a really good deal come up, so i don’t think i can do the deal…
