Baths won’t increase population, but they give a bonus to disease rolls.

Well, if Blackjack doesn’t un-federate with china, you wont be able to federate with him. and @Evolution4Weak you cant research rifling yet. i mean, you might have the tech for it, but i feel it is way to early for rifling, when not everyone even has guns.
