well my land is only gonna be used to get recources and transport them to africa, so dont worry,if anything my people will try to avoid yours as much as possible

Getting oil transported to Africa isn’t exactly the best thing to happen:D You could buy it off the market tho, which won’t damage our relation, instead it will increase them
