It has a new definition, it’s when someone tries so hard to not be racist they end up being racist.

Or sacrificing story and gameplay points for hiring “diverse” crew members. For example, in Concord, they put so much energy into making non-cishet Caucasian male characters, they ended up straight up botching the game.
