Why does the title call it โthe wokestโ? Isnโt โwokeโ supposed to be the opposite of racism?
It has a new definition, itโs when someone tries so hard to not be racist they end up being racist.
example:
โPoor kids are just as capable as white kidsโ
โBe quiet! Thatโs what they like!โ
Or sacrificing story and gameplay points for hiring โdiverseโ crew members. For example, in Concord, they put so much energy into making non-cishet Caucasian male characters, they ended up straight up botching the game.
