Not necessarily. When Deep Silver (AKA “Deep Shilver/Dip $hitver”) removed Metro Exodus from Steam to make it an Epic exclusive at the last minute, Metro fans were infuriated by that move and review bombed previous Metro games on Steam as a means of protest.
