A Tale of Earth and Sky (forum game)

I recommend cooking and preserving food as early game actions, just doing this can save you from famines and deseases.

What’s up with the Squab Squan Goblins, there’s no info for them, as in population and other things.

@Centarian

Next time you edit the existing spreadsheet, (This round or next round), can you add me in, my species just made it out of a traumatic event in the ocean, that’s why they fear water.

You have to wait until an event, or splinter off an existing faction.

Ok, I need everyone to raid the ocean so my nonexistent species evolves.

I would like to play if there are any spots left.

You’ll probably have to wait for an event like GodofKnowledge

The game already started, but if you want to splinter off of a faction or wait till the next event you can. (The next event is probably the winter solstice. in game)

I’ll wait until the next event.

Action: Explore Surrounding
Action 2: Learn to create shelter

Leader: Achcauhtli
Description: Anahuacah that looks like a roadrunner.

Action: Search for a food source (preferably corn or fruit)

@Evolution4Weak You only get one action for now. If you want to get more, read the rules at the top.

Just do the first action i said

3 people have not chosen a leader yet (not counting doomlightning)
1 person has not used their action yet

leader: we dont have one. yay. what do you think i should do instead?

You don’t need a leader per say, just without one you get a -1 to organization until you get one, and getting one doesn’t take an action.

its not that we arent organized, we’re INCREDUBLY organized, but does an ant hive have a leader? the queen is a living impregnation machine, not smort. yet they’re still pretty organized.

I was going off the idea that the hive mind had a core, and because of that I thought it was the queen, so…

ahhh yeshh, far too many sci-fi hive minds have a center. In mine it’s rather decentralized. the queen coordinates the hive and childcare, though she doesn’t control it, it’s got enough rules that arbitration isnt needed. when anyone leaves the hive they form a “party” that has a very close connection and chooses what to do as a group, sort of like one superorganism.

how about every hive is controlled by a queen, but all of the queens are controlled by an empress?
