No, Befunge (the esolang that you’re seeing here) is created in 1993 by Chris Pressey with the goal of being as difficult to compile as possible. It’s a 2 dimensional esolang.

That probably is it though they still would’ve needed to find the proper definition of a “forbidden programming language”.

the way i learned about esolangs i can’t exactly recall, but the first one i heard of was definitely brain[belgium]
what is the word in brackets? Well, it’s one the filter would make into belgium, for very good reason
