I think you can still send out radio signals and such into space in industrial so maybe it should be about limiting those comms and not (just?) spacetravel?

i think this achievement should be that you stay in your home solar system and dont send any radio waves or smt like that into outer space for 10 hours (or how long these stages would usually last)

I wonder if you could find alien civs that actually believe the dark forest theory so they never expanded
