Washdeath: Have dying from washing be the most respected sort of death in your society

Would this include being accidentally electrocuted while taking a bath/shower?

I guess so? And any other washing-related deaths.

Flash Gordon - Have a random member of a non-spacefaring, sapient species be abducted into space who then goes on to stop an invasion of their planet.

Hippity Hoppity your technology is now our property: Whilst fighting a tribal species as a spacefaring civ, have the tribal civ develop all the way into a spacefaring civ within 100 years of the war breaking out due to them stealing your tech.

Sounds like the Kree in Marvel Comics.

I wonder how will techsteal work like in these late days of a playthrough…

I assume it also depends on the strategy stage of the other species in question, that species’ β€œtech level”, and the β€œfocus” of that species (i.e., are they more orientated towards research and technology, explorers, or more towards arts).

I can guess the closer a species is to you in terms of development, the easier will it be for it to adopt new techs. Though if it’s further away it may be easier for them to get their hands on some less valuable techs and not some top-secret newest techpieces.

The Sun is a Deadly Lazer: Die due to not having enough UV Resistance. (Microscopic - Macroscopic)

Why wouldn’t it apply to aware and awakening?

I think by the time you’re at those stages you’d probably already be resistant to UV Rays ig

You can also be a cave critter which didn’t need such protection…

Not really. The original reference was early aware animals, they had eyes and brains and such, but extremely weak skin. I believe sunlight can still kill some eggs and soft bodied animals, though I doubt trying to take such a vulnerable build into awakening would be a good idea. It is theoretically possible to get to society stage with that weakness, actually, but I doubt it, and getting that far should either net you an extra achievement or be banned.

Or, again, one could be a cavedweller and send a troop to the surface for too long even in industrial.

Cave dwelling civs sound exceedingly unlikely to me, and the best way to do it would be to evolve a clade with ordinary sight and land mobility and social groups and advanced thought, then move into a cave and evolve sapience. That evolutionary lineage might not result in good eyes, but you likely wouldn’t loose sun resistance.

It depends on whether there will be radioactive materials at pre-industrial stages.

You can also complete this in industrial and further.
