Can't open cheat menu in 3d mode

it is impossible to open the cheats menu in the 3d macroscopic stage

I think this could be intentional, since I am not sure the game is made to handle situation in which a microbe is spawned in the macroscopic+ stages (and spawning microbes is one of the functions the cheating panel holds).

Cheats just haven’t been implemented for the later game prototypes.
