Choanozoa

The former. But of course, I can’t predict what will happen.

Well in that case there will be over 200 rounds until the Earth life’s end…

The CHOANOZOAN life end. Bacteria and whatnot will still exist.

Yeah, but our species won’t

If you don’t escape!

We’ll see if the FG will even last until our departure…

Is it a good idea to post a lot of pictures since they take up a lot of Forum space?

Just don’t go too crazy.

You can remove the older pictures in favour of the newer ones to make up to the forum storage.

Trichobala tribozatetrahedrum has added a layer of cells in a triangle formation (see above) on top of the previous layer of triangular oriented cells, making an open-faced tetrahedron. Now, in addition to having a lumen (inner) and apical (outer) surface, there is a posterior/caudal (back/tail) and anterior/ventral (front/belly) surface/orientation. Perhaps this could be expanded to become a primordial body plan in the near future. And equally important, the cells lining the anterior/ventral side of each “face” can theoretically keep dividing and keep adding another layer to cells; in effect, it can grow longer anteriorly/ventrally (please see the picture below).

Guess we’ll see a large size increase of this lineage soon…

Uhh… Aren’t there other people playing this FG? If not, I’ll wait until 3 people join for starting this FG

Oops. I will wait then to post the next one. Can we mutate other peoples organisms, like in Kakhitt?

If you are just joining. If you are just joining, you mutate someone’s organism from the previous generation.

Edit: I figure each one of the three sides of your organism has 4 cells, so your organism has 12 cells.

So we’re still in multicellular. Will the organisms have to reach 20 cells to become macroscopic like in the base game?

Around 100 is what’s needed to become macroscopic. But don’t worry, you can add more cells at once the bigger you get.

So like after a species reaches 20 cells in count, right?

The growth speeds up at 20, then 50, then at 100 you become macroscopic.

And after macroscopic is reached it’s just like Kakhitt?

Pretty much. Although, as far as I’m aware, Kakhitt had no random events. This FG will.
