(am I not able to make new tags for posts?)
Somehow I may have gotten a refund on organelles that I shouldn’t’ve. I duplicated something after adding flagella and then deleted some in the duplicate. Anyway, I tried to do it again but crashed.
The log has the smoking gun:

Likely caused by a very specific organelle layout and editing steps, I'll try to ask the reporter for any more details as otherwise this is going to be very difficult to track down.
