The mass of the cell affects movement. And the internal structure isn’t modeled as it is made up of spheres that are rigidly attached to each other (ie. they cannot move relative to each other).
I don’t think we have modeled cells needing energy for anything other than moving.
Not about the topic itself, but this is because of how the cells reproduce: Every organelle has to split at least once before you can enter the editor (and create a child). You’ll usually start to first see them grow for a while until after a certain part when it splits in 2.
