note it’s not that simple. it’s fight flight freeze, and each evolved at a specific point, and those take place along with other reactions to non-deadly ideas.

No like that actually happens, people in life threatening situations try to please aggressors, it’s sort of I lmplicated in a lot of behaviors but people will sometimes just do random belgium they think will endear them to, say, abusers, or captors. It’s kinda weird.
