When I was playing Thrive today, I noticed that the 3d models were glitched, here are some screenshots and the log.
Very interesting. Did you get the GLES2 mode warning on game start? Does the issue persist if you restart the game?
Used renderer is GLES3 from the log:

Yep. I reinstalled both the game and the launcher, but it’s still glitched
And I assume that means it happens each time? Sounds a bit to me like a graphics driver issue. You should see if you can get a newer version of mesa installed.
